Our work

Systems people depend on daily

These are not pilots. Each one is software a business runs on, written up with enough technical detail that you can judge the engineering rather than take our word for it.

An AI operations platform for shipping and logistics

  • Built ShipmentOS, an AI-native operations platform with eight shipping tools that take real actions behind server-enforced approval gates.
  • Shipped an autonomous customer-notification agent whose send-or-queue decision is a pure function of reversibility, not model confidence.
  • Screened declared contents against all nine IATA hazard classes and destination restricted-goods lists, with absence of data reported as absence, never as clearance.
  • Generated six customs documents from the shipment — five fully deterministic, one model-written into fixed slots with a deterministic fallback.

Two AI surfaces on one commerce platform, metered separately

  • Built a public customer agent that quotes live catalogue pricing, captures leads, and places real orders through typed tools.
  • Built a separate internal org assistant, credit-metered with a per-tier model allowlist, routed deliberately apart from the public path.
  • Centralised model configuration with an env override and a hard fallback, so the model can never resolve undefined in production.
  • Established a privacy-safe production transcript export and a written failure taxonomy for ongoing error analysis.
